Ni-200 Washers is a nickel-iron-chromium metal with molybdenum, copper, and titanium added. Its chemical makeup is intended to provide extraordinary resilience to a wide range of corrosive conditions.Stress relief for this steel is done between 1000° F and 1600° F and should be at temperature for 1 hour per inch of material or a minimum of 112 hours at 1600° F, whichever is higher. Titanium stabilises this Nickel UNS N02201 Nuts against sensitization in the as-welded state, making it immune to intergranular assault after contact to temps that would sensitise unsterilized stainless steels. The resilience of this steel to general and specific corrosion under a variety of circumstances lends the alloy a wide range of applications.
Nickel WNR 2.4068 Bolts have better creep and stress-rupture properties in the temperature range of 1100°F (593°C) to 1800°F (982°C).
